Indra Nooyi, chairman and chief executive officer of PepsiCo, chooses Poes Garden, Chennai as her new home. She recently booked an apartment with the KGEYES Residential Private Limited, one of the Chennai-based real estate and construction company. The website of the company describes Poes Garden project as a four floor apartment project with 4000 sq.ft apartment in each floor. When last visited, the website informs that two of the four floors have been booked.
